We are VERY excited to offer a new division of VRH...
This division of ranch horse competition is for Adult or Youth riders who wish to experience showing their ranch horses at an introductory level. The Walk Trot division will be governed by the general rules of the WSVRHA Handbook except as noted in the supplement.
A modified version of all five VRH classes will be offered, including Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail, Ranch Reining, Ranch Cow Work and Ranch Cutting. The horse and rider team will not be required to lope. This division is appropriate for beginner riders rather than for green horses.
This division will be offered at our weekend events and is eligible for AzVRHA Year End awards. Beginning in 2019 the Walk Trot Division will be officially sanctioned by WSVRHA and participants will be eligible for Year End High Point Awards as well as participating at the WSVRHA Championship.
We will be offering special Novice and Walk Trot Clinics throughout the year. If you would like to see one in your area please contact us!
