EVENT ENTRY INFORMATION
All of our events are NRSHA approved, participation at a AzVRHA event will qualify you for all benefits of NRSHA.
We are very excited about the coming year... please help us be efficient with our entries and score keeping.
All entries must be paid in full to be included in the draw. Online entries are the only accepted forms of entry. For any questions or assistance please email [email protected].
IMPORTANT SCRATCH/CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Last day to scratch to receive refund on fees is the Monday prior to our events unless otherwise stated on the individual event page.
Scratches received by the deadline includes full entry fee and cattle fees. $20 office charge will be retained by AZVRHA. All scratches received after 5:00 PM MST on the day of the deadline, will forfeit full cattle fees of $55.
NOTE: NO CATTLE FEES WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER THE DEADLINE – NO EXCEPTIONS!
***AN E-MAIL TO [email protected] WILL BE THE ONLY RECOGNIZED WAY TO SCRATCH AN ENTRY UNLESS SCRATCHING IN PERSON AT THE SHOW OFFICE. TEXT MESSAGES, FACEBOOK MESSAGES, PHONE CALLS, ETC., WILL RESULT IN NO FEES BEING REFUNDED*
AzVRHA Membership is required to participate in the clinic or the competition. Your membership in AZVRHA also gives you all the benefits of NRSHA.
We must have a copy of your breed registration papers on file, if we do not please send it with your entry. We only need this one time unless ownership changes, it must reflect current ownership.
If you are competing in AQHA please send a copy of your AQHA membership card and your Horse AQHA Registration Papers.
Your AzVRHA Horse ID number for a registered horse is the same number as your Breed Registration number.
All breeds are welcome if you do not have a breed registration paper, please complete a Horse ID Application. AzVRHA will assign a Horse ID number for all other horses.
Please carefully read the "scratch" requirements on each event. You will be responsible for cattle charges if you do not notify us by the "scratch" deadline.
Payment is required to receive your Back Number.

- Online entries will require a CC number to be processed.
- Please be aware that there is a 3.5% processing fee + $.30 per transaction fee if you choose to pay by CC. You can also pay at the event via check or cash.
- Please be aware that if you scratch your entry, we reserve the right to charge your card for any fees due.
- Late fees will be charged to any entry received after the due date.
