ENTRY INFORMATION
All entries are due April 20, 2026. Entries received after April 20th will be consider late entries, late fees will be included. All entries must be paid in full to be included in the draw. Online entries are the only accepted forms of entry. For any questions or assistance please email [email protected].
Last day to scratch to receive refund on fees is April 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM MST
Scratches received by April 20th includes full entry fee and cattle fees. $20 office charge will be retained by AZVRHA. All scratches received after 5:00 PM MST April 20th, 2026, will forfeit full cattle fees of $55.
NOTE: NO CATTLE FEES WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER APRIL 20TH – NO EXCEPTIONS!

CLINIC
The clinic will cover all classes of VRH, cutting, reined work, cow work, ranch riding, and ranch trail. We will start at 8 a.m. with arider’s meeting and the clinic will start at 8:30 a.m. We will strictly adhere to this time! Please don’t miss the rider’s meeting. Participants will be separated into two groups, one for each clinician/judge. One group will work on cows and the other ranch trail and ranch riding, and after the lunch break the groups will switch. This is a great opportunity to talk to the judges about what they look for and to get some expert help. Please check in with the office on the morning of the 6th to pay for the clinic; if you are planning to show, please still check in so the show secretary knows you are there, but you can pay when you pay for your entries.
SHOW
There will be a trail walk through at 7:45 a.m., then a rider’s meeting will follow at 8 a.m., with the show starting at 8:30 a.m. We will strictly adhere to this time! Please don’t miss the rider’s meeting or the trail walk through. This will be the chance to ask questions and get explanations.

- Online entries will require a CC number to be processed.
- Please be aware that there is a 3.5% processing fee + $.30 per transaction fee if you choose to pay by CC. You can also pay at the event via check or cash.
- Please be aware that if you scratch your entry, we reserve the right to charge your card for any fees due.
- Late fees will be charged to any entry received after the due date.
